Internet Service Providers

If you notify your Internet Service Provider of illegal material on a website that they host they are obliged to remove access to the material in question.

You should also report spam emails to the relevant ISP using the methods detailed in the spam section of this website. The ISP may be able to block the spam and advise you on the appropriate actions to take. You can usually contact your ISP by telephone (see your account details), or through their homepage on the web (e.g., aol.com, wanadoo.com, tiscali.com etc).

The Internet Services Providers' Association (ISPA UK) is the UK's Trade Association for providers of Internet services. For more information visit ISPA
